Had a great week staying at the "Home in Tempe". The house was clean and comfortable and I felt right at home. The pool and backyard were well maintained and clean. Would stay here again.

This home is as beautiful as in the pictures and had everything we needed for our short stay. We were even able to enjoy the pool when we chose to relax and unwind on our last day there. We were there to drop our youngest off at ASU and the location was also perfect. Just a short drive to campus. The hosts were very friendly and always responded quickly to answer any questions. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay there again. Thank you to Taylor and Ricardo for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Ricardo’s Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. All the amenities advertised were available, and the home was well stocked with necessities. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and a short drive to Phoenix. We especially loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! We stayed at the house for three weeks, and the family thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. The kids had a blast in the pool! It was just as described, and Ricardo's service was the best I've had on Airbnb. He responds very quickly and is always attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

the only negative thing I can say is that the wifi service was ATROCIOUS, but that might just be the area of the home. other than that, a fantastic stay!

Rico and his team know what they’re doing. My girlfriend and I needed somewhere to stay for the weekend while in town for a family event and they made all instructions clear and easy and if we had any questions they ALWAYS answered them immediately, the beds were clean and tidy and nicely put together, the countertops spotless (along with the rest of the house) and the pool was clean and very private with the brick wall around the back yard. These guys are amazing hosts and they obviously care about their guests a great deal. They did everything right and if I am ever back in the area I’m staying at one of Rico’s properties. Great stay in a beautiful well maintained home. Owner is very responsive and provides clear instructions. Beautiful pack patio and pool area to unwind after a long day/hot day. Everything you need in kitchen for the stay. Really lovely place

This home was the perfect fit for our family! Our children are at varying levels of swimming ability and each one was able to enjoy their time in the water. The house was spotless and comfortable. We felt safe and happy! A true escape from the stresses of life. Honestly it was hard to leave! The host was responsive and helpful, the home was equipped with pretty much anything we could possibly need, and we are already planning to book the space again someday!

This place was perfection! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was close to everything! There was shopping, excellent restaurants, and coffee shops. We loved coming home and jumping in the pool. It was great to able wash my son’s baseball uniforms and we came home with no dirty laundry! Ricardo takes excellent care of his home, including weekly cleaning of his pool and hot tub! If we come to the area we will definitely stay here again! There is a reason he is a Superhost!!!
