We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is in a quiet neighborhood but yet still very close to the 101 making it easy to get around. The house was very nicely decorated and super comfortable. We enjoyed family time every night whether it was playing cards inside or relaxing in the hot tub (which was so nice to have). The host was responsive and timely when we had questions. Thanks again for the great stay!

Had a wonderful time here . If I had one complaint it would be we paid extra to have the pool heated and the water never warmed up enough to get in it . we did utilize the hot tub though. super relaxing home . thanks for sharing it with us .

Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Upon arrival check-in was extremely easy as our flight didn’t arrive until midnight. It wasn’t an issue at all checking in. Pros: House was beautifully decorated. Temperature in house maintained a comfortable temp. Two of the three beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of utensils and cookware available for guest use. Backyard ambiance at nighttime was wonderful (tiki torches and lighting). We enjoyed watching the planes and stars, relaxing. The lemon tree in the backyard smelled amazing. Comfortable seating everywhere. Cons: All were addressed with host. The king bedroom (not the master) bed was uncomfortable unless you like a firm mattress. Unfortunately none of our party did. There could be some updates with bathroom towels and pool. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the home. The Mountain View’s were remarkable. The host had several options for dining and hiking trails. We will definitely book again if re-visiting the a

we came to town for work and decided for a week we wanted a house. I instantly fell in love with this I house and walking through the door solidified that. I felt right at home and everything from my work to restaurants were an easy 20-30 minute drive. I love Old Town and this was a perfect location to go there. The house was clean and beautiful, so many amenities as well. I'll definitely be staying there my next trip!

Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home with great scenery. The amenities, decor, attention to detail and thoughtfulness were much appreciated. This was ideal for our party of 6.......we had nice gathering places in the home and out by the pool while also having access to privacy. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our time in Tempe at Taylor’s place was fantastic. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, on a generous lot. The home itself was clean, thoughtfully stocked and comfortable. The yard was a holiday in itself with the pool, hot tub, outdoor seating and entertainment options. Our communication with Ricardo was minimal as the place is just as described and pre generated automated messages received before and during our stay kept us well informed. When we did have a question Ricardo was quick to respond and pleasant to interact with. We would highly recommend their home.

This was the first airbnb I've ever stayed at. I had heard horror stories of pages long lists of chores, bizarre rules, secret cameras, so I was very nervous about staying at one. Taylor and Ricardo really put me at ease. Before I ever went, they gave me the entire list of what would be expected in a super simple "welcome book" so there were no surprises. I had a ton of questions for them, but they very patiently answered all of them, and quickly to boot! There were a few things that we had to negotiate relating to our dog staying, and they were very chill about everything, and only wanted very common sense precautions. There was an issue relating to the HOA amenities due to the HOA changing the rules, and when I brought it up, Taylor and Ricardo immediately apologized, updated their welcome book, and gave us recommendations of where to go instead. If I have to travel back to Mesa again, I'm going to actively be looking for one of their listings. What a great experience.

The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked (even had things that most places don’t always have ex. sandwich bags, freezer bags, foil, lots of food storage containers). The star of the place tho was the pool and deck area! We floated for hours, barbecued, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The back yard also had a fantastic fire pit which we did not use but would be great for an evening of s’mores. My husband and father in-law hiked up the hill in front of the home. They said the views were spectacular. The area was quiet and friendly. It was nice to see everyone’s house decorated for Halloween. We would recommend this home and will be back!
