Had a fantastic stay. Was in town for a baseball tournament. The house was easy to find and close to the freeways, grocery and restaurants. The description and pictures really matched the listing. The house was equipped with nice amenities and everything you could possibly need. The deck was relaxing to sit out in the evenings. The pool was also a great perk. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Phoenix.

Our stay was excellent. Great communication and included everything we needed. The pool and hotub were amazing. It felt very private and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

What a perfect place to spend my winter months this year! Ricardo was a great host, always helpful and responsive. The house was *spotless* and welcoming, well-equipped and spacious, and I already miss spending my days soaking up the sunshine in the backyard. Whether you're there for sightseeing, hiking, golfing or just taking it easy for a while the location is ideally central, with both the city and Scottsdale's Old Town a few minutes' ride away. Thank you Ricardo! I will definitely look to book this property again!

This home was very comfortable and well appointed. Everything we could’ve needed for our stay except clothing. Great area with wonderful walking trail right behind the house that was easily accessed. Ricardo was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The only negative is a barking dog next-door that Taylor and Ricardo really have no control over. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a perfect week at the home. Everything is as listed, backyard feels private around the pool + walking distance to the South Mountain Preserve trail head. Great location to dtown, Scottsdale, and surrounding cities. Ricardo is a top notch host and always quick to respond.

House was perfect. We were at a tournament at Arizona Athletic Grounds and the location could not have been more perfect. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable.

Great house! We felt like at home! I strongly recommend and will be back anytime we are in Arizona. Rooms were spacious and very clean, as well as the living space. One of the best houses we have had on an Airbnb. Great job to the hosts!

We had a great long weekend at the house. It was exactly as described and just what we were looking for. The king bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the walk-in shower was nice. The backyard was a great place to hang out and we enjoyed the hot tub every day. We were even able to watch the Olympics from the hot tub with the outdoor TV. Host was very proactive and gave clear instructions. They even changed the heating schedule of the hot tub to match up with our schedule. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
